Which payment methods can I use?
We provide support for all mayor credit cards, bancontact and PayPal. Should you run in to any issues, or require other methods of electronic payment you can contact us at info@lescaut.one
How to order?
On our home screen click on the “Shop now” button.
Afterwards, choose the article of your liking and simply click “add to cart'“.
When you’re ready and you have completed your order, proceed to checkout by clicking on the cart-symbol.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Shipping outside the Benelux may be subject to extra charges.
How do you ship?
We only work with certified and reliable partners such as DHL, bPost, PostNL, … Click & Collect in Antwerp is also available on appointment.
When will my Antwerp Artpiece be delivered?
We strive to deliver your Antwerp Artpiece within 1 to 14 days. Please understand that we are a start-up and sometimes things can go wrong. If you haven’t received your Antwerp Artpiece within 10 days, please contact us on info@lescaut.one
Warranty
Which is your warranty policy?
Each Antwerp Artpiece is covered with a warranty of 2 years. This does not cover damages due to lack of care or clumsiness.
Maintenance
How to take care of a LESCAUT?
We have created each LESCAUT Antwerp Artpiece with love and care. Therefor we petition you to maintain it accordingly. Do not use any hard detergents when cleaning your LESCAUT. Always use a jeweller’s cloth to make your LESCAUT shine again.
